This brandnew Apartment has been complwtely restored recently. Equiped with orthopedic matresses and all brandnew furniture it offers you the highest level of comfort and design.
We do have a patio with sunchairs, seating& dining area and a Barbecue grill.
You can walk to Jeronymos Monastery in just 7 minutes.
Our Apartment offers a high level of accessibility with an ecen shower and only very steps and is suitable as well for persons with reduced mobility.
We have 15 Apartments across Lisbon.
Our Apartment is located in the Calçada da Ajuda zone of Belém, a very calm but yet typical zone of Lisbon. Jeronymos Monastery, MAAT museum, tower of Belém etc are all in this area. There is a supermarket just around the corner and many cafés and Restaurants as well. We have an even shower and just 4 steps to the entrance, which makes it suitable for persons with reduced mobility. You can enjoy all meals on our patio and great Barbecues prepared on our outdoor grill.
We do offee sunchairs and a sunumbrella.
All the Apartment as well as the patio is for your use exclusively.

Please don’t smoke inside the Apartment. We do have a spacious patio where you can enjoy your smoke.
The litter has to be deposited in the outside trash can before 20:00/8pm.
Between 21:30/9:30pm are rest hoirs, please respect the other residents with your noise level.
